Hardware Store Associate

4th Generation family-owned hardware store seeking employees for full time position at our Baltimore retail hardware store. Responsibilities include waiting on customers at sales counter, loading materials as needed, assistance with inventory and stocking, potential for training and additional compensation if willing to learn window and screen repair portion of our business. Basic hardware knowledge is necessary, and compensation will be matched with the experience of the candidate. We are willing to train, and are looking for someone with good customer service and communication skills, and is dependable. This is a full time 40hr/week position, and we offer a full benefits package including 401K with match, healthcare with 50% of the employee's plan covered, PTO and much more.
