- Excellent communication skills - be able to clearly present and articulate design decisions
- Excited about joining a small, high-growth team and tackle large open-ended problems
- Proficiency with industry standard design tools - we use Figma
- Experience designing at Fintech, Proptech, and/or early-stage startups (preferred)
