A professional services firm in New Jersey is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their staff as their new Operations Support Analyst. In this role, the Operations Support Analyst will be responsible for providing business process governance and support for client's global risk management systems by responding to the demands of evolving legal and regulatory requirements across the client network.

Responsibilities: The Operations Support Analyst will be responsible for:
  • Answering business inquiries regarding Sentinel/GIS data via the ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Maintaining the information about clients and targets in Sentinel/GIS on a day-to-day basis, including assignment of approvers, requested client entity restrictions, client family tree additions and changes requested through the Independence Clearance Process
  • Performing daily tasks and processes to support the ongoing use of global applications
  • Monitoring data quality for GIS data with consideration of its impact with other global systems
  • Assisting with the resolution of potential conflicts/issues relating to the Sentinel/GMED database
  • Daily review of potential duplicate entity records in the GIS and escalating duplicates to the appropriate parties
  • Participating in other Global Business Operations Group projects and initiatives, including special projects
  • Tracking issues including consideration for problem management, including Remedy ticket reporting
  • Creating and maintaining existing documented processes
  • Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or a related field
  • Computer savvy
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficient (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized

Desired Skills:
  • ServiceNow and Big 4 experience
