Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Financial Analyst Performance Management for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in Chesterbrook, PA. Responsibilities :

  • Control and prepare monthly business finance reporting (flash and final) and commentary for the Business Management
  • Maintain and produce the monthly set of BP2S Head Office finance reports
  • Assist in Budget/Forecast preparation and presentation
  • Review and control monthly revenues, expenses (including accrual), headcount, volumes and risk weighted assets
  • Create KPI and maintain in conjunction with Business managers
  • Ownership of the production and validation of the unit cost exercise
  • Assist in preparing management presentations
  • Perform market research and data analysis as needed
  • Assist in regional integration
  • Provide recurrent analysis of expense trend and suggest potential optimization and efficiencies in cooperation with Business Managers
  • Assist in bi-annual outsourcing coordination and liaison with head-office on SLA/TPA tracking and implementation.
  • When relevant, assist product team in TAC/NAC preparation and coordinate with various Finance team to address products' questions
  • Prepare Client Analytics revenues and reports (client profitability analysis)
  • Support and provide data for marketing materials and presentations including client pitch and request for proposals
Required Skills:
  • 5 - 10 years of previous work experience in a Finance, Management Consulting, Project Delivery, Middle Office role.
  • Degree in Business, Finance or other relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • 5 to 10 year of experience of which 3 years of previous similar or complementary work experience at a financial institution
  • Good knowledge of accounting and finance
Preferred Skills:
  • Project Management experience is a plus though not required
  • Master's degree with finance curriculum or MBA is preferred
