Job Description The Human Capital Insights team is seeking a motivated Data Analyst I to support our mission in providing data-driven insights to leaders across Cerner regarding their workforce. This position will partner with leadership to develop people analytics KPIs and metrics, work with survey data and survey systems, create presentations telling stories with data, and consult with our internal clients within HR and outside of HR. This position will need to understand how to access, extract, clean and analyze data from HRIS systems and our enterprise data lake. Working Environment Hybrid or Remote This position offers a Hybrid or Remote working environment. Meaning if you live within a metro area of a Cerner office, you will split working time between a Cerner office and remote. If you are not within a metro area of a Cerner office, you can live and work in your current geographical location and work primarily remote. #LI-Hybrid #RemoteQualifications
Basic Qualifications:- At least 5 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including
- At least 1 years of Data analytics and/or statistics work experience, including experience in quantitative or statistical analysis, data mining, predictive or statistical modeling, applied programming, data management, data transformation, data visualization and/or quantitative or statistical research
- At least 4 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including
- Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- At least 1 year experience working with survey systems and survey data
- At least 1 year experience working in PowerBI and experience in storytelling with data
- Residing in Kansas City area or a virtually approved city
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
