Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a remote Digital Marketing Analytics Consultantfor a Contractassignment with one of our premier Insurance Servicesclients. This is a 100% Remoterole. The Team:The Group Benefits Marketing team creates and executes B2B and B2C marketing strategies in alignment with Group Benefits' growth initiatives in the small business, regional market and national accounts segments. Target audiences are employee benefits decision makers, brokers and consultants, as well as employee participants. Relevant marketing tactics include PR, Email Owned Social, SEO, and paid media including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic & Endemic Display. The successful candidate will be a member of the Group BenefitsOmnichannelAnalytics organization, partnering with internal Marketing and Analytics teams, GTO, and external paid media, affiliate, and SEO agencies to manage our digital tagging and tracking processes, and delivery of web data and reports across Group Benefits Marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:
- Website Reporting (50%):
- Partner with marketing and analytics lead(s) to understand marketing objectives and related measurement / reporting requirements andKPIs
- Maintain, evolve, and develop Adobe Analytics Dashboards to deliver reports, data, and insights to key stakeholders
- Advise stakeholders of opportunities to enhance website UX based on insights derived from the data
- Use data to inform / recommend experiments to drive improvements to online UX
- Partner with GTO to enable Decibel reporting for campaign sites to deliver heat maps, and path analysis for stakeholders to aid in user experience optimization
- Capture VOC data fromMedalliawhere applicable to include insights from user feedback in reports / analysis
- Ensure downstream reporting systems (Elsyor third-party vendors) have access to Adobe Analytics data required for media performance measurement and optimization
- Monitor reports and troubleshoot as necessary to ensure high degree of accuracy
- Support ad hoc and requests
- Proactively make recommendations to enhance reporting processes and capabilities
- Document new and existing processes to create sustainable SOPs for the future
- Management of Digital Tagging/Tracking/Measurement Processes (50%):
- Oversee tagging and tracking process to ensure tracking aligns to measurement / reporting requirements
- Marketing campaign tracking: partner with Media, Affiliate, and SEO agencies, and internal marketing team to ensure proper tracking is assigned for all traffic driving tactics prior to launch and ensure proper data capture within analytics tools
- Media Tags: partner with agency partners and GTO to ensure media tags are properly placed on the site (oversee process not implementation), tested before media tactics are launched, and data is properly reflected
- Coordinate deliverables with team members to ensure timely execution
- Proactively make recommendations to enhance the development process, execution and productivity
- Document new and existing processes to create sustainable SOPs for the future
- 2+ years of Adobe Analytics experience including creation of calculated metrics and segments, creation of custom workspaces and dashboards, and path analysis
- Experience with common media tags and platforms (i.e., Google media tags, Floodlights, Google Marketing Platform) and testing tools (i.e., Chrome Developer Tools, Google Tag Assistant, Adobe Experience Debugger, etc.)
- Experience with heat mapping and path analysis tools (i.e., Decibel orContentsquare)
- Proven experience/working knowledge of designing, executing, and interpreting results of A/B tests
