This fintech startup is growing in the Philly area. They're hiring a Product Owner with 3-5 years of experience who can work alongside engineers and QA to support growth plans within the organization. You will work with another Product Owner and sometimes support QA, help with client success, or even present to internal stakeholders and the C-suite. This is a remote position, but someone close to the Philadelphia area is preferred for periodic visits. Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in product management, product owner
- 1+ year product management in an Agile environment
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders, external customers and developers
- Expertise in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, product roadmaps
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence or other collaboration software systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Graduate Degree preferred
- Previous experience in financial services
- 100% Hands on product management
