Title: Onshore Test Lead [W2 ONLY - NO C2C]Pay: $60/hrDuration: 12+month CTHLocation: Remote then Charlotte, NC Profile Type: Looking for enthusiastic and self-sufficient technologist to help with testing and analysis of developing finance/regulatory reporting systems. Required Skills - 5 to 7 Years of total experience in test planning and execution. Strong SQL scripting / ETL testing skills, Web application testing experience. Working Knowledge of Defect management process, Risk Framework and mitigation. Excellent in and executing SQL queries. Strong working background in Agile. Strong competency in requirement analysis, prioritize tasks, identify risks. Prior experience as an onshore lead. Designing the test strategy to validate the data sourcing, staging and additional logic per design document. Organized and able to Multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated, able to work independently. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, Communicates Effectively, builds relationships, Influences others. Knowledge of Finance/Regulatory Reporting is a big plus including experience with or knowledge of AXIOM (reg reporting solution tool). Willingness to learn and adapt to changes. Required Skills: QA Hands on experience in any Agile tool (Preferably JIRA). At least 5 years of experience in testing. Understand and use various test design techniques.
