Find your future with us.We are currently seeking Senior Level Software Engineers to become part of the F-15 Training Systems team in Saint Louis, Missouri. These simulations support the deployment and training of next generation avionics and sensor systems for F-15 fighter aircraft. The successful candidate will implement and test new cutting-edge capabilities and integrate them with a variety of other aircraft subsystems.Are you ready to build the future with Boeing?   • Design, develop, and integrate software into real-time embedded system
  • Define and execute test procedures to validate software requirements achieved
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
  • Support software research and development projects
Security Clearance:This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 10+ years of experience in C software development in a Windows operation system environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or other technical degree
  • 4+ Experience in Network Systems programming
  • 3+ years of experience with software development programs such as Red Hat Linux systems
  • Familiarity with simulation standards such as Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS), Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) and High Level Architecture (HLA)
  • 1+ years of experience with configuration management and collaboration tools such as (or similar to) Git, JIRA, Collaborator, Beyond Compare, and VersionOne
  • 2+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework enterprise (SAFe) or Agile in general
Typical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.RELOCATION: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location option.
