Join this dynamic team and make your mark on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow.The Sr Enterprise Risk Management Analyst will work with, and provide assistance to, the Director of Enterprise Risk Management in executing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program. The ERM Analyst will carry out and execute the programs and processes for identifying, assessing, monitoring, aggregating, and reporting key product, services and technology risks and related information location: Atlanta, Georgiajob type: Permanentsalary: $75,000 - 85,000 per yearwork hours: 8am to 5pmeducation: High School responsibilities:? Interpreting guidelines/policies/procedures to provide a second line of defense (critical challenge) on items such as key risk indicators or key performance indicators. ? To manage and assist with the Business Continuity Management program implementation globally. ? Review every aspect of resiliency and disaster recovery capability, test results for suitability and remediate any identified issues. ? Responsible for identification of risks and tracking of remediation through closure. Ensures the resolution of escalated issues as needed by making complex and quick decisions. ? Administers and completes complex tasks such as data gathering or manipulation, system or process creation and implementation. ? Using Archer Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tool, assists business units across the organization with identification, evaluation and management of risks in accordance with internal policies. ? Coordinate and deliver incident management, business continuity/disaster recovery, and exercise training and awareness. ? Supports implementation of processes to satisfy internal and regulatory requirements. Creates complex reports for meeting with Federal Examiners, internal and external auditors, and with clients. ? Creates presentations and reports for Governance/Executive/BOD committee review so that information for proper oversight is available. ? Skilled in problem solving; creativity in resolving unique and challenging business problems; good business judgment. ? Able to make project decisions and recommendations of critical importance within established guidelines. ? Work independently while setting priorities and providing regular project status and updates. ? Certified Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Practitioner qualifications:
