DescriptionProduct Owner/ Business AnalystAs a product owner you will be working closely with the business to understand the complete project requirements and will translate it to user stories and work with Scrum team for the successful feature additions. You need to have an excellent business sense and understand the products from functional and nonfunctional aspects. You will own the product roadmap and makes sure customer expectation and met. You will also help with Testing and make sure the released product conforms to requirements. You must have an excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Work with business and customers to understand product requirements
  • Keep a product backlog and work with Scrum team and contribute to Sprint ceremonies
  • Develop detailed product feature specifications (acceptance criteria and definition of done) and ensure they\'re clearly understood by the development teams
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
  • Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
  • Serve as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product
  • Groom Stories and advise the scrum team to meet software expectations
  • Nurture ideas and solutions to existing customer problems
  • Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals
  • Create and maintain roadmaps of products and release
  • Work closely with the scrum team throughout the development process
  • Schedule and lead meetings to identify issues and fixes for projects

Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years\' experience as a product owner in the industry
  • Minimum 6 years\' experience in IT
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process
  • Experience in working with Agile Tools such as Rally, JIRA and Azure Boards
  • Experience with Software Testing is a plus
  • In-depth understanding of industry market conditions and trends
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative and innovative thinker less
