Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant / Recruiter for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in Dallas, TX. This candidate will work on-site 1-2 days per week. The Bank requires vaccination against Covid-19. Responsibilities :

  • You are customer-focused, process-driven and detail-oriented, regularly looking for areas of opportunity and eager to implement solutions.

  • You are a team player, comfortable managing a full-cycle process across a mix of departments and roles.
  • You are dedicated to advancing the Bank strategy to attract superb and diverse talent.
  • Operate in an advisory/consultant capacity, working with Hiring Leaders via consult discussions to determine ideal search for roles
  • Handle professional, complex positions across several functions and leadership levels
  • Possess strong sourcing capabilities
  • Help hiring managers and HR managers understand the market landscape for highly sought-after skills
  • Share best practices in sourcing, new recruiting tools, and compare position profiles to identify common skill groups between positions
  • Improve workflow efficiency and recruiting processes
  • Provide an external lens and network in the industry.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 4-7 years' experience as a recruiting consultant
  • Expert-level knowledge in all sourcing components including, but not limited to, qualifying candidates, networking, job analysis, salary trends and relationship management
  • Expert-level experience within applicant tracking systems
  • Possess a variety of strong recruitment skills including executive recruiting, systems/technology, research, strategy, and talent magnet capabilities
  • Proven success in building credibility with hiring managers and utilizing external talent market knowledge to consult with and influence their talent strategy
  • BA/BS degree
Preferred Skills:
  • Corporate / In-House Recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience sourcing for IT positions preferred.
  • Knowledge of local regulatory compliance and local employment law preferred
