Proven ability to engage with C-Level audience to understand their vision and convey solutions and best practices all the way from C-level to project execution level individuals2. Ability to influence and manage large scale projects3. 10+ years' experience in delivery and implementation of software, ideally experience with the Salesforce platform4. Experience within Construction industry5. Technical skills in integrating Salesforce with third party solutions, solid knowledge of administering Salesforce6. Proven ability to build a team and manage their growth, however, willing to be hands on during the early stages while the right team can be hired and ramped up7. Ability to develop best practices and project engagement methodologies8. Self-motivated, driven and have a strong track record of delivering significant projects within the mining & engineering industries (industry experience ideal but not essential), demonstrate flexibility and a wide breadth of knowledge.9.
