Salesforce Project Manager (Remote)

A commercial services company in New York City has a great Remote opportunity awaiting a new Salesforce Project Manager.

• Manage project deliverables across internal and external stakeholders
• Build strategic partnerships/relationships with key business stakeholders from various departments throughout the organization
• Manage multiple tasks and meet assigned project delivery dates
• Create project related documents including technical documentation, system requirements and traceability matrices
• Work directly alongside QA team to produce release documentation and system test scripts
• Lead business process analysis sessions to identify risks and document capabilities and end to end business process flows
• Organize, conduct, and participate in presentations and application walk-throughs
• Manage multiple tasks and meet assigned project delivery dates
• Perform other duties, as needed

• 5+ years of experience in Project / Program Management
• 3+ years of experience on a CRM platform
• Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
• Exposure to various Development methodologies including Waterfall and Agile
• Demonstrate a strong command of the SDLC lifecycle (e.g. requirement analysis, design, development and testing)
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
