Title: Senior Software Test Lead Location: Remote/Hybrid within commuting distance to Malvern, PAFocus: Mobile Application Manual/Automation Testing Client Summary:We are a software consulting firm located in the Silicon Valley with an offshore site in Pune, India. We specialize in software development, software test, and project management for medical device, biotech, and pharma companies.We have a client company that is a major medical device company that has cloud, web, and mobile applications that support the use of their medical device. Position Details:We are looking for a Senior Software Test Lead. We are willing to hire on a contracting basis or as a W2 employee. The W2 salary will amount to $140k to $150k plus benefits. Contractors will receive an hourly rate of $88/hr to $92/hr. These salaries/rates depend upon on experience. The job is remote currently but you should be able to commute to the job site in Malvern, PA (at the start of employment). Position Required Skills:- Web automation – w/ Selenium using Java.
- Experience with API based applications.
- Experience with web-based applications.
- Mobile automation - Appium framework and perfecto.
- Experience with both iOS and Android mobile applications.
- Experience with BDD, cucumber, gherkin, and test NG.
- qTest – or familiarity with some formal Test management tool such as Micro Focus ALM/Quality Center, or TestLink
- Postman – or familiar with other tools to test calls to APIs such as JMeter or Swagger
- Triage, track, and manage all product bugs raised by team in issue tracking systems (such as JIRA).
- Familiarity with Bluetooth communication.
- Agile/Scrum Methodology.
Position Preferred Skills:- Experience within a pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotech FDA regulated environment and understanding of regulatory protocols.
- Leadership experience, especially with global teams.
