The lawn and garden salesperson will stock and merchandise the lawn and garden products as well as provide care to live plants. They will assist customers by providing product information and assisting them with purchases. Salespeople will also participate in general cleaning and maintenance of the retail facility.Responsibilities:

Provide customer service and product information on the store sales floor.

Order, stock, sign, and merchandise departmental products as directed by the store manager utilizing established procedures.

Ring up, carry out, and load farm store merchandise.

Maintain department orderliness and cleanliness utilizing established standards.

Cashiering and other store, yard, or warehouse tasks.

Open and close farm stores as directed by managers.Successful Candidates Will Have:

The skill to operate a computer and other automated office machines

The ability to interact successfully with customers and co-workers.

The ability to perform arithmetic calculations.

Demonstrated knowledge of sales approaches, methods, and techniques.

The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Benefits:
