Automotive Service Advisor/ Writer / Service Manager (Carroll / Howard County)

We are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor/Writer/Manager to join our Professional team in the Automotive Repair industry. We have expanded to a second location and are growing our business. This person needs to love helping others and be passionate about providing quality customer services and experiences!

We are a family run business, operating in Dayton, MD since 1989 and have expanded to a second location in Eldersburg, MD. We are proud to have brought together a great team, who works together as a family to make quality auto repair and customer service our priority! We are looking for the right person to bring on because this team has integrity and stands strong for our company and our community.

The Role

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Advisor / Service manager to join our dynamic team. You will have the exciting opportunity to provide great experiences for our customers by:

Overseeing inspections and estimating costs using current technologies

Working with customers to determine vehicle problems and issues

Giving technician repair descriptions

Greeting clients and building relationships

Listening to clients requests

Scheduling appointments

Test driving vehicles

Informing clients of cost and benefits of repairs and maintenance

Helping to continually grow a strong business that has integrity and stands strong

You are perfect for this role if you have:

A High School Diploma (or equivalent)

A Business degree (a plus)

Previous experience in the automotive industry (desired)

Previous sales experience (desired)

Previous experience in an Automotive advisory role (a plus)

Excellent communication skills

The ability to work exceptionally well with our team

Excellent computer and technology skills
