Company :Highmark HealthJob Description :JOB SUMMARYThis job provides thought-leadership and strategic direction to deliver key Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM) transformation initiatives across the Enterprise Finance and Supply Chain organizations. The incumbent will lead project teams spanning across transformation, business, and vendors. Actively involved in the coordination, implementation and problem solving. Cultivates the capabilities of staff, supports and encourages employee development, plans and coordinates project assignments, and manages performance goals. Collaborates with business and technical leaders and stakeholders on project planning, risk mitigation, contingency planning and execution to ensure delivery of expected outcomes.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESPerform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day. operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.

Overall responsibility for implementing the Oracle Cloud ERP across Finance and other areas.

Primary liaison with business stakeholders, project managers, enterprise architects, and implementation partner (vendor).

Manage engagement staffing, workstream deliverables, quality and risk.

Manage cloud technology application governance and implement and administer the change control process.

Build deployment plan for large scale implementation.

Facilitate projects between business units and technology groups.
