Working closely with stakeholders within Marketing and Creative Services, this role will implement programmatic campaigns and operational initiatives through Marketo and marketing attribution software.You must have a strong foundation in marketing automation and will be tasked with creating, implementing and improving best practices, ensuring continual enhancement of digital marketing and demand generation efforts. The ideal candidate is technical, organized, results driven, has strong attention to detail and has a passion for digital applications.During a Typical Day, You WillParticipate in collaborative work groups tasked with achieving assigned goals
Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements
Maintain marketing automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms with our marketing automation software
Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team
Develop and maintain marketing attribution dashboards and reports
Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously
Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Marketo and CRM, such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing
What You Bring to the RoleExpert knowledge of marketing automation concepts and best practices
Advanced knowledge of database management concepts and best practices
Strong working knowledge of CRMs, Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
Experience with Marketo Revenue Cycle Model/Revenue Cycle Explorer preferred
Working knowledge of attribution software and data modeling would be helpful
Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
Strong independent project management skills
Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision
Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion
Excellent attention to detail
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent experience considered.
4 years of marketing automation or general marketing experience
Marketo Certified Expert preferred, but not required
What You Can ExpectThe anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $65,000 - $85,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.Benefits available to eligible employees include the following:Medical, dental, and vision
