- Business Analyst experience or about 5-7 Years in Retail
- Preferably should have worked on the supply chain areas (Warehouse activities, Shipping and receiving, Store or Enterprise inventory control)
- Excellent communication skills and documentation skills
- Should have worked on some wireframe tool and/or mockup screen tools
- Should have experience in requirement gathering and functional documentation
- Experience in working with business teams and understanding the pain points or gaps
- Preferably in the East coast to work as per customers schedule
