We are actively seeking an HR Manager to join our high energy, fast growing practice!

Working alongside our Practice Manager, the Human Resource Manager is responsible for the day-to day human resource operations of the practice, and the coordination of HR initiatives and programs. The HR Manager will enforce Practice policies and process, recruit and hire staff, maintain compliance, provide coaching and employee counseling, and ensure a positive working environment for all staff.

What will you do?

  • Implement, interpret, and communicate company policies, procedures, and service standards to staff.
  • Recruit, hire and onboard staff
  • Provide guidance and assist in resolving employee complaints or disputes
  • Oversee HRIS system and employee files
  • Assist in the administration of benefit enrollment and compliance
  • Manage and track time keeping for all non-exempt employees and manage the payroll process.
  • Support employee engagement and positive work environment

What do you need to be?

  • Detail oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communicator with the ability to establish and build rapport and trust quickly
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and constantly changing priorities
  • Proficient in technology
  • Able to hand sensitive information ethically and maintain confidentiality
  • An independent contributor who is comfortable working within a team

What do you need to have?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resource management or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience with increasing levels of responsibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
