A positive attitude and solution team oriented approach is a must.Position will average 20-29 hours per week with most of those hours in office at location on Main Street in Sheridan, Wyoming and some flexibility to work some hour remotely. Hourly pay of $20-$25 per hour with 2 weeks paid vacation and possibility of annual bonuses based on company performance. Position does not allow for individual real estate sales.Administrative Assistant must be able to:

  • Generate marketing materials creativity applying layout design
  • Proficiency with the software including Indesign, Photoshop, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Upload to internet applications for website content
  • Publish email campaigns
  • Search owners of record
  • Coordinate direct mail program
  • Greet clients, answering the telephone, and making follow-up calls.
  • Prepare correspondence, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Prepare real estate forms and documents.
  • Prepare listing materials and posting property listings.
  • Manage client database and preparing reports.
  • Assist with closing processes.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Suite of Services: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Adobe Indesign or comparable: 1 year (Preferred)
