Retail Sales Associate for Decorative Fabric Store Boca Bargoons –

Sales Associate

The right person will be detail-oriented with relational sales, positive communication and people skills. You should also enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment with a desire to grow with us. We believe in giving our associates all the tools they need to be successful, including user friendly retail show rooms, extensive advertising, in stock and special order fabric selection and sales tools and tactics acquired with over 30 years in the retail textile industry .We also offer growth opportunities into management or other potential roles through out the company. Preference will be given to candidates with 2+ years of experience in retail sales in a commission-driven environment.

Primary Role:

Sell collective merchandise with the understanding of current design trends and client needs. Suggest additional merchandise that relates to the clients’ desires. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist clients with home design. Maintain the presentation of the store.

Requirements:

Retail sales experience – home furnishings preferred. Coachable, detail-oriented go-getter energized by relationships and selling high end decorative fabrics. Confident using various technology platforms and software systems. Ability to work under pressure and multi-task, while being attentive to clients.
