Customer Service Manager for Auto Repair Shop (GWINNETT County)

This position will require extensive automotive knowledge and excellent customer service experience. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Candidate will be required to answer the phone and be comfortable answering customer questions or writing estimate/repair orders, ordering parts, receiving parts and communicating with the service technicians to increase efficiency and shop productivity. It will offer the right individual the opportunities to grow and increase their income. Pay is tiered commission based.

Candidate must be detail oriented and posses great personality and maintain great customer interaction in person or over the phone. We strive on customer satisfaction and receiving positive feedback from our customers.
