Working Crew Chief

We typically install walk-in tubs and walk-in showers for Kohler. After training a qualified candidate would be able to assess and demonstrate proper demolition to streamline the installation process. The working crew chief, after training will be released with one or two other crew members, under the direction of the crew chief, to perform the job of removing and installing new tubs and or showers.

Requirements:

Must be able to travel and be gone away from home up to 5 nights a week, every week.

Must be able to read a tape measure.

Must be proficient in the construction trades with knowledge in electrical, plumbing

framing, drywall installation and finishing, painting, etc

Must have a drivers license.

Must be able to back up a trailer.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Must be honest, trustworthy and dependable.

Must be very particular about your work.
