Now Hiring a Supervisor - Food Pantry/Kalama Beach

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer service driven individual to join our team as Food Pantry & Kalama Beach Markets Supervisor. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for store level execution on merchandising, quality, and financial performance for Food Pantry and Kalama Beach markets.

Regular store visits to provide support, check on conditions, merchandising, and follow up on initiatives will be a primary function of this position. Individual will also be responsible for training and directing store personnel on operations, service and company/department initiatives. Communication with the store level staff and main office personnel will be essential.

Requirements:

High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum three years of experience with retail, merchandising and people management preferred

Must possess strong organizational and time management skills

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must possess knowledge of MS Word, and Excel

Must be willing and able to travel

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Must comply with all company policies and requirements including the COVID-19 vaccination policy.

Must possess valid TB Clearance.
