Hiring Sales Associates & Shift Supervisors at Whalers (Waikoloa)

We are currently seeking Sales Associates (full-time, part-time & casual) and Shift Supervisors (full-time & part-time) to join our Whalers General Store team at the Kings' Shops location in Waikoloa!

Sales Associates provide fast, friendly, and accurate check out services for our customers, while meeting the standards of excellent customer service under company policy. Sales Associates often bag their customers' orders and help shoppers find items in the store. They assist in the cleaning and dusting of the checkstands and surrounding areas and may take “return” products back to proper shelf locations.

Shift Supervisors perform all POS duties, front and back of house functions including opening and closing procedures, coordinating with the corporate office as necessary. They also promote effective and positive communication amongst all team members. Shift Supervisors also direct team members to follow store policies, procedures and adhere to merchandising and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

Previous retail, cash handling and/or customer service experience.

Must be friendly, enthusiastic and highly motivated professionals who are service driven.

Must be able to lift 30 pounds.

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must comply with all company policies and requirements including the COVID-19 vaccination policy.

Must possess a valid TB Clearance.
