Hiring Shift Supervisor/Associates at Fairway Shops at Kaanapali

We are currently seeking Shift Supervisor/Associates (full-time, part-time & casual) to join our Whalers General Store team at the Fairway Shops at Kaanapali!

Shift Supervisors perform all POS duties, front and back of house functions including opening and closing procedures, coordinating with the corporate office as necessary. They also promote effective and positive communication amongst all team members. Shift Supervisors also direct team members to follow store policies, procedures and adhere to merchandising and cleanliness standards. Qualified candidates must be friendly, enthusiastic, highly motivated professionals who are service driven.

Qualifications

Previous retail, cash handling and/or customer service experience required.

Must be able to lift 30 pounds.

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must comply with all company policies and requirements including the COVID-19 vaccination policy.

Must possess a valid TB Clearance.
