Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Reservations & Communications Manager who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Reservations Manager is responsible for ensuring the accurate operation of the Reservations Department, handling guests requests and complaints while ensuring guest satisfaction as well as financial results.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for management of Operations of the Reservations & Communications Department. Oversee the group reservations coordinator and Client Information Specialist. Work as support to the Director of Revenue Management

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • High attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical mind.
  • Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
