We are an advancing company who utilizes software based programming to efficiently handle our resident work orders, schedule vacant turnover and order equipment and supplies for repairs. A typical day could include plumbing, electrical, basic drywall, carpet, and appliance repairs, plus common area and exterior maintenance and repairs.
As a key member of our team, Maintenance Supervisors are responsible for keeping our properties in top-notch physical condition, inside and out. Be ready to be busy! The maintenance supervisor performs maintenance tasks personally and/or delegates to assistants.
Growth Opportunities for Qualified Professionals
Responsibilities include making vacant apartments ready for new residents, completing work orders, assisting and participating in our afterhours emergency call rotation. Ordering/inventory for new materials needed.
Candidates should have at least 4 years of residential or apartment maintenance experience. Previous supervisory experience is a plus! Candidates must be familiar with all aspects of residential/commercial maintenance including Essential duties include but are not limited to: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance & carpentry. Coordinate special projects as directed, Make ready units for new moveāins, Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and
building exteriors
Valid driver's license required. CFC/EPA certification & hands on HVAC experience is also requested. A background check will be conducted prior to offer.

Rotating after-hours on-call availability, rotating weekends
