This position requires someone to be onsite in Washington, DC.Our client, a renowned nonprofit leader, is looking for a Business Operations Support Coordinator to help with general office duties. Recent college graduates with office experience are encouraged to apply!We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. Responsibilities of the Business Operations Support Coordinator:- Scheduling and coordinating all required resources for meetings (e.g., room reservations, catering, technology), preparing weekly status reports for the team
- Submitting expense reports and requisitions
- Assisting with financial entries and reports
- Handling office provisioning requests
- Managing department-wide distribution lists and organizational charts
- Assisting with internal events
- Must be resourceful and have a team player attitude
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, advanced proficiency in Excel and multi-tasking capabilities are a must. In-depth knowledge of MS Office 365 and Teams
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn and train others in new platforms
- Must be able to manage confidential information and exude professionalism
