Office admin assistant

Looking to hire a full time admin assistant for our front office.
Job responsibilities will include;
- Answering the phone
- Trouble shooting client issues
- Submitting client documents into a client portal
- Occasionally you will be required to drop client documents off to them or to a municipality. An office car will be provided for these tasks so a clean license is preferred.
- Managing a weekly quota of specific stocked materials.
- Excel and quickbooks knowledge is a bonus but not a must.
The right person can start immediately.
15-25 per hour depending on experience
