Seeking Commercial Superintendent AND Project Manager (Richland)

SUPERINTENDENT:

PROJECT MANAGER:

Requirements:

Individual must have previous experience in construction project management and verifiable references.

PMP certification is desired but not required.

Our ideal candidate will have a positive disposition and the ability to work well under pressure.

This position will manage multiple projects at once, so time management and multi-tasking skills are a must.

Must have knowledge about current construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Must be able to read and utilize plans, blueprints, and specifications.

Must be able to forecast material/labor needs, and maintain a detailed schedule.

A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required, no exceptions.

Wage depends on experience. Position will come with a work vehicle and cell phone.
