Job Description As a Business Intelligence Analyst II, you will drive the efficient operations within a line of business by analyzing business processes and data to provide business insight. You will implement process changes and process improvements that are sustainable and repeatable, consult with business stakeholders and participate in cross-functional teams to address business issues, and participate in identified business initiatives and project delivery Finally, you will collaborate with business intelligence developers to suggest insightful supplemental visualizations and interactive data offerings. Working Environment Hybrid or Remote This position offers a Hybrid or Remote working environment. Meaning if you live within a metro area of a Cerner office, you will split working time between a Cerner office and remote. If you are not within a metro area of a Cerner office, you can live and work in your current geographical location and work primarily remote. #LI-Hybrid #RemoteQualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 6 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
    • At least 1 year business analytics work experience
    • At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education including:
      • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

Expectations
  • Willing to travel 20% as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
