Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is currently seeking a highly motivated, Associate Systems Engineer Support Analyst to become part of the C-17 Training Systems team supporting USAF and International programs using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in Hazelwood, MO. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization.C-17 Training Systems is responsible for the design, development, manufacture, and maintenance of training devices for a wide variety of commercial and military aircraft. The selected applicant will be a member of a geographically dispersed, high-performing, collaborative team, and must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, excellent time-management, and interpersonal skills. This team operates in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to support all aspects of product development.   • Researches, analyzes, and compiles basic technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle
  • Complies engineering data into Customer deliverables using Word, Excel and CSDT software
  • Assists in plans, schedules and resource commitments to develop, test and deploy process improvements and changes.
  • Works under general supervision
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience working in a team environment and communicating clearly with both internal and external customers
  • Ability to travel occasionally (10%) in support of the program and customer
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Applies systems engineering processes, methodologies and tools to the design of basic system of systems, systems and new product development
  • Experience working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other agile development experience
  • Experience working within the Systems Engineering "V' Model
  • Familiarity with tools such as VersionOne, JIRA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and coordination skills
  • Current SAFe Certifications
