Job DescriptionCACI is seeking a motivated Project Scheduler to support a team that is developing, accrediting, and transitioning a cloud-based production system at the nexus of CI/CT support for a mission critical government customer. He/she will be the subject matter expert for all program activities related to scheduling and will provide expertise in the development, implementation, and maintenance of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).What You'll Get to Do:
Follow best practices in scheduling processes and protocols to ensure the integrity of vertically and horizontally integrated schedules and scheduling products
Integrate the program schedule system against performance reporting and data systems
Be a self-starter with an eye for identifying process improvements
Translate technical information into clear, readable documents and presentations to be used by both technical and non-technical personnel
Integrate workflow graphics with information generated at meetings and facilitation sessions into final deliverable documents
Function as a facilitator at all levels throughout the schedule development process and communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders
Define and sequence project activities
Perform critical path assessments, analysis and reporting
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI With Poly Clearance is required
Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Familiarity with all phases of software development to include planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Strong public speaking skills and professional demeanor required
Demonstrated experience designing, analyzing, and implementing project schedules and integrated master schedules for Federal Government programs.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
ITIL Foundation Certification
Experience managing Master schedules with multiple sub-schedules
