Minnesota's 1st Choice is now hiring for skilled window and siding installers.

The ideal window installer candidate will possess the following skills:

- Regular, on-time, consistent attendance.

- Drug free.

- Experienced in removing and installing insert window units.

- Experienced in removing and installing full frame window units.

- Experienced in trim carpentry in working with jambs, extension jambs, casing, stops, etc.

- Experienced in running a brake in order to bend coil for exterior wraps.

- Experienced in properly insulating window units using foam insulation and caulk.

- Experienced in removing and installing different glass packs.

- Experienced in removing and installing different patio doors including assembly.

- Experienced in removing and installing different entry and interior doors.

- Knowledge in various city and state codes and regulations.

- Great on-site customer service.

- Able to read fluently in English.

Job Details:

- Work week entails 40 hours a week. Rarely may require weekend overtime.

- Job pays at the end of every week, with the exception of the 1st week which is held. First

actual check given on the Friday of the 2nd week working.

- Compensation is dependent upon level of proficiency and experience.

- Compensation starts at $15.00 per hour and goes up from there.
