Job DescriptionCoordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and the like.Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project specifications, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Please include this Job ID: 168853 in the subject line of the email.ResponsibilitiesPosition Overview/ Responsibilities:The Order to Cash Project Manager position calls for a self-directed individual contributor to project manage system enhancements as well as large-scale project initiatives. The highly skilled candidate will act as liaison between Finance Business groups and IT, participating in and/or leading Accounts Receivable projects. Track milestones/deliverables and drive projects to completion by targeted deadlines. Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and conference calls. Prepare and deliver quality presentations. Submit regular status updates, recommendations and escalations to management. Key functions involve identifying business requirements, performing data analysis and delivering impact assessments. Additional responsibilities include proactively managing post production activities as well as developing policy and procedure documentation. Performs work independently without direct oversight. Collaborate with management, team members and business partners. It is critical to this position that the Project Manager remain composed in a fast paced, dynamic and frequently changing work environment.Major responsibilities include but not limited to the following:Project management:Process Design and Documentation

New ledger initiatives

Process efficiency initiatives that support automation and/or globalization

Implementation of system enhancements

Completion of projects against defined milestones and timelines

Impact Assessments and ROI

Kick-Off and Status meetings

Project tracking and reporting

Status Reports

Announcements

Large Project InitiativesParticipate in Pre-Planning meetings to determine project requirements

Research existing system setups/processes

Develop project plan to manage to timeline and final deliverable

Coordination of testing both O2C Unit (Silo) and E2E (Cross-functional)

End-to-End ownership of project from concept through execution

System Enhancement Request ManagementManage system enhancement service requests

Request additional or missing information on submitted service requests

Complete requirements gathering

Present projects to management on a quarterly basis and make recommendation for Go/No-Go

Initiate requirements and/or solution reviews with IT

End to End ownership of enhancement request from request through implementation including post production activities

Successful candidate will have 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience as well as 5+ years project management experience. Candidate will be flexible and comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamically changing environment. The individual needs to be self-directed only requiring management direction for new tasks or complex situations. Able to grasp complex concepts quickly. Ability to communicate complex business concepts clearly and concisely. Experience with system implementations.Other preferred skills are as follows:Advanced Excel skills

Strong MS Office skills

Experience with Oracle Service Cloud

Experience with system implementations

Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to work with a fluid, solution-as-you-go project team

Strong planning, organization and task management skills

Self-motivated, self-directed and independent in a team environment

Skilled in proactive and reactive responsiveness to identify and manage issues/concerns

Demonstrated skill working with cross-functional and technical teams

Effective in building relationships with technical and business partners

Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills including presentations

Attention to detail, ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

Ability to create policy and procedure documentation

Firm grasp of Accounting principles – General ledger, revenue recognition and debits and credits

Familiar with Oracle Cloud ERP or eBusiness Suite specifically Accounts Receivables, Advanced Collections, Dispute Management, iReceivables and Credit Management modules.

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related preferred
