Job DescriptionBuilds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Please include this Job ID: 169081 in the subject line of the email.ResponsibilitiesJob Description:Seeking a Partner Sales Representative to identify, recruit and develop new partners focused on driving solution and workloads to OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).Responsibilities:Identify and recruit new partners to build OCI practices, with a focus on the partners of ISVs on OCI as well as new solution practices

Manage a recruitment pipeline process from introduction to active delivery of solutions

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals.

Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies.

Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets with a strong focus on partner-led opportunities for both Oracle and non-Oracle workloads and technologies.

Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners.

Graduate productive new partner practices into more efficient and normalized partner sales coverage

Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve partner sales objectives.

An ideal candidate will have:5+ years of business development and/or sales experience

Experience with partner business models and alliance development

The ability to identify, segment and target key partners based on their existing solution practices to build an OCI focused set of offers

Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations is important

Understanding of cloud services, from infrastructure to AI, is key

Exceptional relationship building and management skills

Ability to collaborate and win with others as a team
