We are looking to recruit a new Digital Ad Operations Associate to join our team!The Digital Ad Operations Associate role will work with Account Managers to oversee the day-to-day management of advertising and content campaigns. This includes ad server campaign management and execution (segment management, trafficking, pacing, optimization, reporting and other tasks as needed). You will be assigned to one or more Industry Team, working with industry leading clients on delivering successful ad campaigns. Our verticals include Media, Retail, Finance, Education, Business Services, Healthcare, Energy, Technology, Food & Beverage and more.We are looking for talented candidates with drive and ambition who can prioritize accuracy, quality, and service while learning and growing in a tech-focused digital media company.Key AccountabilitiesLiaise with clients to secure campaign assets and answer ad specification questions in a timely manner, including tags and troubleshooting ad issues (tracking, pacing, implementation, and/or reporting )

Upload, test and schedule advertising creative using ad servers to ensure timely start and full delivery of all ad campaigns

Proactively investigate issues (delivery discrepancies, technical issues, etc.) with clients, agencies, third-party platforms, and/or internal parties and provide resolutions to these issues

Send reminder emails for upcoming scheduled ads and final ad previews for client approval

Build, manage and report on multi-channel campaigns including display, native, content marketing, and social media

Prepare, edit and test client HTML code

Respond to delivery report requests and provide regular delivery reports (weekly, monthly, and/or upon completion of campaigns) to advertising clients from all ad serving platforms, as well as ad hoc reporting for internal and external parties upon request

Ensure Account Managers and Clients are well informed with current campaign data

Support Account Managers to maintain advertiser client relationships and their campaigns by providing excellent customer service

RequirementsYou will be exceptionally organized with strict attention to detail

Demonstrated flexibility to manage multiple tasks, solve problems and schedule work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Proven ability to develop relationships with professionals in a variety of industries

Thrives in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial corporate environment

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Essential SkillsExperience in a sales, service or operations role

Digital savvy - strong on basic platforms (e.g. GSuite, Excel, Powerpoint), with a desire to learn multiple business and ad-serving platforms

Online advertising/media company or creative agency/publicity firm background strongly preferred

CRM, HTML and Photoshop experience a plus
