Job Description

The relief property manager is expected to perform the following managerial duties while on property: leasing, collections, light maintenance and cleaning, administrative office functions. He or she will interface with the public face to face, by internet, and by phone. The relief manager is expected to present a clean and professional office to Storage Xxtra customers and while performing all job duties, is expected to demonstrate excellent customer service.

The relief manager must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel to our properties in Stockbridge and McDonough. The relief manager is expected to work five days a week and be on site during the entire day except for a one hour lunch break. The relief manager must also be available to work on Saturdays.

Our standard office hours are:

  • M-F: 9am - 6pm
  • Sat: 9am - 4pm
  • Sun: Closed

Qualifications

  • Customer Service experience, preferably as a manager or assistant managerin property management, retail, or hospitality
  • Must have a positive attitude and be honest
  • Basic computer knowledge, such as typing, emailing, printing, etc.
