- Tuesday - Saturday 9-5:30

- We are seeking an experienced drapery designer to manage our workroom services.

- Designing high-end custom draperies for homeowners and Interior Designers

- Writing up orders with accuracy and high attention to detail for production in our workshop

- Must have extensive knowledge in drapery design and construction

- Must be aware of current, past and timeless trends in draperies

- Drapery hardware design and use

- Additional knowledge in custom bedding, pillows and sewing

- Professional ethics and customer service expertise

- Creativity and passion for design

- Self sufficient and ability to problem solve

- Self starter, able to work independentlyQualifications

- High school diploma required

- Dependable work schedule onsite Tuesday- Saturday 9-5:30

- Professional demeanor and personal presentation highly coveted

- Time management, organization, multi-tasking and prioritization skills

- Attention to detail very important

- Ability to multitask

- Highly organized with dependable follow

- Computer skills: email, scanning, excel etc.

- Keep accurate notes, files and paperwork

- Team player

- Patience to repeat or redo projects through multiple layers of edits/ revisions

- At least three years in drapery design, workroom experienceAdditional information
