South county Heating Air Conditioning Company has immediate open for a full time lead installer. We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join a fast-growing company specializing in residential and light commercial.

Ideal candidate has previous experience run the job site, know how to motivate and lead his crew. Needs sheet metal experience, good customer and communication skills. This is a year round employment.

We offer competitive pay, paid vacation, company vehicle, and training. Be available to work Monday thru Friday and occasional Saturday. Applicant should have a clean driving record.
