Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services is currently seeking to hire an engineer with interest, knowledge, and/or experience in the area of Systems Engineering 5 to become part of the F-15 Training Systems team in Berkeley, MO. F-15 Training Systems is responsible for the design, development, manufacture, integration, testing, maintenance, and delivery of pilot and maintenance training devices for multiple F-15 variants. This is an amazing opportunity to help drive technical excellence across a program experiencing significant growth!Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborating within a cross-functional team to reach decisions that are mutually acceptable to multiple engineering and support teams
- Writing performance, specification, and compliance requirements
- Develop systems integration plans
- Build up training devices in a lab environment
- Troubleshoot system level issues on the training devices
- Execute systems integration plans
- Support formal testing events
- Build up, integration and test of training devices for final delivery at customer's site
- Ensuring compliance of system design to security requirements and configuration-control processes
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 10+ years of systems engineering experience
- Experience in the Aerospace Industry
- Experience working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Requirements Management
- Systems Integration
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering
- Experience on military fighter platforms (F-16, F-18, F-22, F-5, F-14, or F-15)
