Find your future with us.Boeing Talent Acquisition is currently looking for Systems Test Engineer 3: USAF F-15 Training Devices to join their team in Berkeley, MO. These positions will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services' (BGS) Government Training Systems and Services (GTS&S) organization to help complete the system design, integration, and test for various F-15 aircrew and maintenance-type trainers/simulators. This is a mid-level Test Engineering position.A successful candidate needs to be a self-starter and motivated to find their lane to support a business that is growing. Although a training program is being developed to learn the current F-15, a successful candidate will demonstrate previous and appropriate technical experiences that could teach their self the F-15 in general and to support disciplined and repeatable trainer/simulator testing and the tracking thereof.Position Responsibilities:
- Assists the USAF F-15 Trainer Test Director in applying common test standards and techniques across the USAF F-15 Trainer Test Team.
- Participates in all aspects of developing the F-15 USAF trainers, including requirements confirmation, drafting acceptance test procedures and test reports, tracking discrepancy and anomaly trouble shooting, and participation in several types of testing and meetings.
- Assists other F-15 USAF Test team members in the performance of day-to-day operations in a fast-paced testing environment to include running the Instructor Operating Station (IOS), as well as some basic cockpit procedures.
- Assists/Acts as the Scrum Master/Agile Product Owner on a Kanban team to track status of distributed work packages.
- Domestic and international travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
- 3+ years of experience on tactical aircraft simulators or training systems
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Experience on military fighter platforms (F-16, F-18, F-22, F-5, F-14, or F-15)
- Experience leading/managing Agile/SAFe and associated IT tools desired or it will be learned
