Location: Ladue, MO Description: Our client is currently seeking a Digital Analytics Manager who will lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the data/insights discipline within the Marketing team, including the DTC and Ecommerce Trade channels. This role will collaborate within Digital Marketing and other business partners to provide valuable insight into the measurement, analyzing, and attribution of digital marketing efforts.This job will have the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with internal business and digital technology teams, in addition to third-party vendors, to define consistent tracking taxonomies to capture consumer behaviors across web-based channels, including company websites, retailer websites, emails, digital media, etc.
  • Develops standardized dashboards for key internal stakeholders (weekly and monthly) and highlight insights/trends to support digital marketing and business objectives.
  • Partners internally to validate various onsite tags during every update/release of website(s) and in support of various digital marketing initiatives (i.e., demand generation, conversion optimization, user experience enhancement, etc.).
  • Monitors trends to identify funnel drop-off points. Monitors and analyzes lifetime value of all digital campaigns using in-house reporting.
  • Tracks assisted conversions for paid media/email marketing campaigns.
  • Provides online sales reporting for all brand and retailer websites to identify product and category trends across the total ecommerce channel.
  • Analyzes brand and non-brand keyword performance for Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Leads the investigation of issues via root cause analysis or through proactive trend analysis and monitoring.
  • Ensures data integrity for the web analytics dataset. Partners closely with cross-functional teams to acquire and validate consumer data, transactional data, and product category data to utilize in analysis.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, Mathematics, or other related fields.
  • 3 plus years of experience in web analytics with ecommerce focus.
  • 2 years of exposure to digital marketing efforts (including Paid Media, SEO, or Email Marketing).
  • Subject matter expertise with Google Analytics. Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw insights from data.
  • Experience with tag management tools such as Adobe DTM, GTM, Tealium required.
  • Tag Management experience is required.
  • Advanced skills with all Microsoft Office Software for the creation of management reports, presentations, and analysis.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence & reporting tools such as QlikView, Tableau, Power BI, Business objects or Cognos.
  • Strong communication skills necessary to concisely highlight insights and make recommendations in support of company objectives.
  • Experience with SQL and SAS preferred.
  • Familiarity with attribution model best practices preferred. Skill merging diverse data from different platforms, formats, and environments.
  • Detail-oriented and operationally focused. Strong project planning, tracking & organizing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate broadly with a flexible, positive attitude with a demonstrated ability to get results.
