Medicare Insurance Specialist (Lubbock)

We are a local agency servicing all areas of Texas and New Mexico in the Senior Market Sales market. We are contracted with several National Insurance carriers to market and enroll Medicare beneficiaries in supplements, Medicare Advantage and stand-alone Prescription drug plans. One of the national companies we are contracted with is making a MAJOR expansion in West Texas and we need to add 7 new agents immediately.

We prefer:

Texas Licensed agent in Health/Life (but not absolutely necessary). We can help get you licensed to sell within 60 days and

we will hold a position for the right candidate.

Bi-lingual but again not absolutely necessary.

We require:

Must have the ability to pass a background check. This is required for the Texas state insurance license and to appoint with

any of the national carriers. The carriers will check for back child support, past civil legal matters and criminal legal matters.

Each carrier has specific items they're particular with and at times exceptions are made but on a case by case basis.

Valid driver's license

Dependable transportation with full coverage insurance - most of the time we visit clients in their homes.

Professional demeanor, appearance, verbal/written communication skills and dress attire. We work with seniors, medical

providers, professionals in the community and we represent national insurance carriers therefore professionalism is required.

Willingness to learn. Most of our current agents started with NO previous experience. Medicare isn't easy to understand but

we have a proven simple way to educate our new agents. Our agents are pillars in the community and are respected as

specialists in Medicare.
