Come join WWT today!World Wide Technology, Inc. currently has an opportunity available for a Senior Business Analyst on the IT Supply Chain Program Enablement team in St. Louis, MO specializing in B2B customer integrations. WWT specializes in providing its customers with Supply Chain services including planning, procurement, order management, and inventory management. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team consisting of other Developers, Analysts, and Architects. There are no skill silos here! Team Members utilize a broad range of functional and technical skills and are encouraged to expand their functional knowledge and technical capabilities.Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with business and cross-functional IT Teams to understand WWT's supply chain processes (specifically order management, procurement, and logistics)
  • Gather business requirements, create design documentation, perform system setup (EBS, boundary and custom applications), and perform story grooming
  • Deliver solutions to business users that are aligned to best practices and provide thought leadership in the Order to Deliver space
  • Contribute to major projects and complex assignments with broad and ambiguous scope
  • Leverage your knowledge and experience to mentor and coach and help grow other members of the team
  • Work on production support, enhancements, and implementation projects to support WWT business operations
  • Provide demonstrations and training to end-users and stakeholders for project releases. Assist in user acceptance testing
  • Define test conditions and execute test scripts to ensure system stability, validity, and data integrity
  • Work in an agile environment to plan, prioritize, design, test and coordinate end to end delivery of solutions
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science, Engineering, Management of Information Systems, or a technical related field
  • Focus on business interaction and experience meeting business requirements with technical solutions
  • 5+ Years experience with Oracle EBS Applications, specifically Order Management and Logistics modules
  • 5+ Years supporting back end systems for Quoting, Order Management, Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse Management Systems
  • Technical Skills: SQL required, PL/SQL would be a plus
  • Past experience with full project implementation from concept to production support
  • Knowledge of automated partner to partner (B2B) integrations preferred
  • Autonomous and self-motivated - execute on requirements both independently and with team collaboration
  • Be open to new technologies, industry trends and ability to adopt latest design methodologies.
  • Experience in working and collaborating with business and cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
