Project Manager/Field Service Support

Compensation: Exempt $37,000 - $47,000 / Year

Benefits: PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision and (401K after first year)

Position Summary: The Field Service Support is responsible for the coordination and completion of all Window & Door projects on time within budget and scope. The Field Service Support oversees all aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes progress of each project.

Duties:

70% Travel/Field time

Assists the scheduling coordinators in scheduling and dispatch of service installers

Builds sound customer relationships, provides solutions and assists in ease of construction project(s)

Conducts job site visits for installation management, proper quality installation and customer service

Is the liaison between store and customers for ease of installation

Conducts store visits to train associates for proper installation processes of product for start to finish customer service

Direct liaison between stores and installers, customers and requests for purchase orders

Conduct installer meetings to include safety, proper customer service and installation process

Maintain warehouse/facility and job site cleanliness

Other duties as assigned

Job Skills:

Excellent communication in technological, verbal and written skills

Strong attention to detail to process paperwork, create accurate scheduling solutions and investigative skills to provide timely installation solutions

Demonstrated excellent customer service working in client facing roles

Regularly contributes strategic ideas to enhance growth and improve store and customer relationships

Strong desire to contribute to the growth phase of a company that emphasizes culture and employee engagement

Reliability to maintain expected operational hours Mon – Friday 8 AM - 6 PM (additional time as needed including some weekends)

Required:

1 to 2 years previous experience in a project management role or the installation industry

Associate degree or equivalent

Valid Driver License

Pass a criminal background check

Must be 18 years of age or older

Working Conditions:
The Field Service Support works side by side with our operations & warehouse teams. Primarily field work with consistent travel to the warehouses, stores and customer homes. The office involves heavy use of multi-line phones and multiple computer screens with a “command center” like feel. We are passionate about being experts in our trade so all team members, installers and office alike, are cross-trained.
