ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Test, grease, and repair equipment.

Wear of protective clothing and keeping your appearance neat and clean.

Accurate and effective completion of maintenance schedules.

Repair and test fuel pumps and associated equipment.

Clean and paint of building, sidewalk, islands, etc.

Use fire extinguishers and other safety equipment.

Building upkeep to include mowing grass and snow removal.

Repair refrigeration, HVAC systems, control systems, and other store equipment.

Use and repair intercom and telephone system.

Commitment to keep store running and coming in as needed.

Maintain Use of repair books, safety manual, and electrical schematics.

Store Safety to included using and operating tool.

Maintain lights to included lamp and ballast replacement.

Interact with the public, providing exceptional customer service.

Suggestion selling and helping customers operate pumps etc.

Assist cashiers or managers as needed.

Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Specifications (Qualifications)Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. COMPUTER SKILLS: None. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
